A good nights sleep is probably the best way of coping with the uncertainty that affects many of us right now. If you did not try this easy exercise for better sleep when we met online a while ago, now is the time! Do it for three evenings and see what happens 💤.
Do the exercise lying on your back in bed just before it is time to start sleeping.
Put your hand on the stomach, at the navel, and feel how the hand moves when you are breathing.
- Inhale and count to two (seconds). *
- Pause for two seconds.
- Exhale for two seconds.
- And pause for two seconds.
- Repeat 1-4 five more times.
Repeat from * while counting to three.
